   We celebrated my 45th birthday at Gerome Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of Mediterranean options that were full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional from start to finish, warm, attentive, and truly made the night feel special. A perfect place for a celebration or a great meal out. Highly recommended!

   We went to a friend's birthday dinner, and every dish we ordered was so good. The vibe, food, and service were all amazing. The chicken skewers were tender and not dry like other places, the lamb was perfectly cooked, and the labneh was delicious. And the service was exceptional.

   The service was good, the staff were very friendly and he explained the menu well. For entree, I think the grilled eggplant was the best of the night, it was very creamy. The calamari is average, nothing special. I wouldnt recommend the Spanakopita. For main, the steak, for $82, it was very unevenly cooked, and quite tough. Being a rib eye, an already good cut, it was surprisingly quite chewy and dry. I ordered medium rare, but parts of it were more like well done. The Potato Skordalia however were one of the best Ive had. For dessert, I recommend the cheesecake. The ice cream with Semolina custard phyllo cake, the ice cream itself was phenomenal. The custard lacks refinement the same way the ice cream does, it was bland, and chunky. For quite a heavy main, I was really hoping for a more refreshing and lighter dessert.

   We feasted on pita and olives, golden spanakopita, tender cauliflower, couscousaki, vibrant Greek salad, roasted beetroot, creamy potato skordalia, and the sweetest baklava to finish. Every bite tasted sun-kissed and full of life—fresh, balanced, and beautifully light. The flavors danced without ever weighing you down. A Mediterranean dream—absolutely recommend!

   Absolutely gorgeous authentic Greek cuisine. Presented very well with all ingredients on each dish complimenting the others in flavors and textures. Very swift service for such busy environment. Food was Absolutely to die for. Lamb meat balls, tarakihi fish, hummus, homemade pita, squid and calamari all were cooked perfectly. A must try place if you were in Parnell.

   Get one significantly exceeded expectations. The style and ambiance is really fantastic. The food and service were equally matched! We had pork belly, cauliflower, and several other dishes which were shared family style the drinks were good, and they had proper ice for a fun cocktail. The chicken skewers were not a favorite, but maybe that was just our preference. Overall, Would definitely recommend a visit to Gerome!
