Fantastic customer service, you feel incredibly welcomed when you walk into this local business. The "New Management" have been in place for just over a year, and they have managed to restore Cherrywood Post Shop to its former glory. No easy task, after a rough few years under a particular (former) owner. (Read: Nothing short of a bloody miracle haha). The wider community of Otumoetai couldn't be more pleased with this change! “The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”
