After 15 mins of chat i'd filled my cart with fish sauce, rice noodles, special beef broth, seaweed noodles, vinegar, chilli sauce and was directed to their blog for an authentic spring roll recipe. My fave though was instructions on how to cook my rice noodles so they're not gluggy (cook on low heat, test with fingers so they're the right texture, immediately remove and rinse thoroughly with cold water). I've just received notification that the delivery is on its way. Thank you to whoever I was chatting to, it was such outstanding service that you've got a very happy new customer!”
