“Highly recommended! We had Paul and his team sell our family home recently and we had a really great experience. Paul knows his stuff and is very thorough with the details. He quickly became like a friend of the family with our 5-year-old asking, "When is Paul coming to visit!?" Selling and buying your next home (especially with young children) can be a very stressful time but we found him very calm and collected. He broke each step down and told us to take each step as it came. We got a very thorough appraisal and a personalised booklet which explained the whole process, and with so much information to process it was great to look back on if needed. Paul was always at the end of the phone if we needed him and took the time to visit and meet with us when there was a lot of info to go over. We missed out on the home we originally went on the market for, and it was particularly comforting that he took the time to give us this news in person. His advice and confidence kept us steady, and we ended up finding our dream home. We're so glad we didn't give up at the first hurdle! Absolutely love the customer service, Nat was so funny and friendly and absolutely loved that I didn't have to wait such a long time for her team to deliver the cabin. “It's very rare i do this unless I appreciate someone's service. I've been dealing with Connie for the past nine months on professional international tax advice. This pertains to my permanent relocation from one country to another and ensuring I'm obtaining the right tax advice regarding Work and Superannuation to be compliant with NZIRD rules and regulations. This can be extremely confusing. Connie's advice initially doesn't come cheap however, with taxation advice you don't want the cheapest advice possible. You need to get this stuff right and the outcomes, if gotten wrong, can be financially disastrous. I found Connie EXTREMELY professional and very meticulous in her research and final summations. I highly recommend Connie to any prospective person requiring International and property advice. A very capable professional worth every cent you invest in her fee for service. She is worth it... “I wanted to take a moment to share my experience, my positive experience, with Edinburgh Reality - Dunedin. And, no, this is not a paid add. This is real. When I moved to NZ, many people warned me about rental companies, so I was hesitant at first, but now I will gladly use and recommend Edinburgh in the future. I had an unfortunate situation in that after I signed a contract for a rental property I noticed black mould in many places that I didn't notice on my first visit. Quite promptly, Simone, one of the managers, got involved and sorted a cleaner to come clean and inspect it. It turned out the problem was worse than I thought and I was getting sick in that place, likely because of the mould. I thought I was stuck, but I got advice form the tribunal and others and amicably worked towards a solution. In fact, the solution that Simone proposed was actually better than I expected. She worked kindly and quickly on my case and in fact found a better place for me, a newer place, and helped me get a favourable weekly rate, too. I was impressed. I was quite worried that I was stuck in a horrible situation, but Simone and the team sorted it out quickly, kindly, and professionally. For that, I am grateful as it saved my trip in NZ, turning a negative experience into a positive one. Thanks, Simone! And thanks to the team at Edinburgh for solving this issue swiftly and amicably. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I found everyone there to be quite friendly, from management to receptionists and even to their contractors. I'm glad I went with them.”
