“Free prescription which is what everyone likes. There is usually a decent line and quite busy during peak hours. Its a good idea to phone in and ask for them to get your prescription ready. The store itself has a decent range of products for your pharmaceutical needs.”

“Today i had the Best service from Monique in the dispensary part of CW, she helped me find all the products i required for my sick family and was very caring and kind in her customer service and ensured I was looked after with my scripts also. “I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”

“Great place for a shopping experience. Laid out well with no hindering isle stacks. Signage and ticketing is better with honest prices or discounts. The rewards card is alright in accumulated points but the basics like milk, bread, flour, eggs, sugar etc... should accumulate better points. Otherwise great teamwork.”

We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again.
