“First trial, was impressed by the reception staff who took the phone call. ( Previous call to opposition left me feeling very patronized!!) . Lightning Direct is attached to the WOF station on Brooklyn Rd. Good waiting time for work to be done. Given a fair quote for reasonable (jobs not kept up, for so long) assessed work that could be done in sections. Returned to complete one section. Very happy with the result. Plus chargers were a little under the quote. Second time back to the mechanics part, at Lightning Direct, also happy with the result. Additionally , a better payment for me as they didn't charge for what they didn't need to use. Appreciated that. Felt secure in dealing with the firm.”

“NZ Post had me at my wits end; after trying to get a parcel delivered for over two months to Auckland. No matter how many calls or emails to NZ post, I always got through to a different ‘operator’ making promise after promise, but no results. I decided to pop-in to the Grey Street branch in Tauranga where I explained my frustration to Sue (don't know her surname). Without any hesitation she jumped in to bat for me - Two days later she called to advise on the progress, and two days thereafter to let me know that the parcel had been delivered – what a star. Sue - even though you had nothing to do with this shipment (sent from Napier), you went out of your way to solve the problem for me, you are awesome! - and your company needs more staff like you. When I did my driving theory test in this place, I met Melissa, who patiently helped me with all the requirements and encouraged me to do my best on my test.
