Staff was very helpful and kind. however it was closed when both Google and the NZ post website said it was open. It’s not open sat past 3pm
Supposed to close at 1pm, however I arrived 12:50 and she was already living and did not want to let me post the letter.
The best post shop in the entire Bay of Plenty.There are four beautiful ladys that work there.And all four always without fail greet you with kindness,smile,and have the best customer service I've ever experienced.By far my absolute favorite post office. Highly recommend.
These ladies that run the post section are amazing. Always so helpful, nothing is a drama. Love my local post shop!
