“Great school. I went here and now my daughter too.”
“Great school and wonderful nurturing environment for kids, truly blessed to have a place like this for our children to go to.”
“Fantastic School. Focuses on the wellbeing and learning style of your child.”
“Students from Kaipara College came out to World Challenge Tag Paintball in Riverhead Forest as part of Education outside the Classroom. The Students were well behaved and attentive. Teachers were well involved and interacted well with their students.”
“Very awesome Kura!! Coming from a small town 2+ years ago, settling into the city life can be quite daunting. But sending the last of your children to a whole new Kura with very little knowledge in the reo, is even more scary! My son is now in his last year of Primary and honestly this is the best move sending him here. In the time hes been here ive noticed the students safety, and education is always prioritised. The Kaiako here, their teamwork is certainly something to admire!! My son has matured so much since being here. They are very strict on putting our children first! This school has given my son a learning environment & journey i know he'll hold close to his heart for a very long time. His level of knowledge regarding his identity, respect, and his love for the reo is booming!!!! At school and at home. It is evidentual to see that he has instilled those values into his home life. We are so so proud of him! Although shy at times, every crack hes made in his shell, will eventually present his freedom to grab his full confidence. Thanking this Kura and the whanau who work beyond their limits isnt enough.”
“There are not enough stars to rate this school. I have not enough words to express how very grateful we all are for the quick thinking and actions of the staff who saved my wee granddaughter when she was choking. Barb Lee”
“both my kids passed out from ACG and both of them are doing well in life. Credit goes to the excellent and passionate teachers :) If you are looking for excellent education and guidance for your kids, ACG is the place.”
“Worst school as my cousin use to study there”
“Came to check out with friend for her kid to enroll. A great child care centre. Everyone is so friendly and helpful with, felt this will be another home away from home for kids. Great!”
“Beautiful community. Progressive education.”
“You are a very good teacher I like the way you teach. You solve my doubts patiently. Your teaching is very clear. I enjoy your class. You make learning fun. Thank you for your support.”
“The right school for my son who is academic and not very sporty (in fact, he wanted a school that did not focus on sport). It's been a huge jump coming from a public primary school into ACG Parnell, but he has learned more in the last 6 months than in the 6 years prior. There is a lot of homework, but over time students learn how to efficiently manage this and there are tests almost every week, and exams from Year 7... but what a great preparation for university years. Finally, as a parent I can see what he's learning and where he needs extra help. If you want your kid to go to a school that focuses on academic learning and extension of students, then send them here. If you want your child to go to a school that will be focusing more on "inquiry learning" and "child led learning", then this is not the right school for them. This school provides lots of clubs and extracurricular activities too - and their music, art and drama departments are awesome.”
“A quiet township with its own man-made lake and children's park.”
