“My daughter has thrived under the care and guidance of the kaiako and kaiawhina here at Little Wonders. She has been in since she was 11months and well prepaired to head off to school very soon. Can not recommend this center enough.”
“Future Kids has been a very friendly and welcoming place to be involved with. Our children are happy and engaged in their learning and social activities. Staff are professional and committed to the children and families”
“Today I visited Sarah and felt listened to. Her gentle approach offering many options and really checking in with what works best for my body was empowering. She really reads your body and I left feeling like I had freedom of movement and mobilty in my feet after they had felt congested like concrete for the last six months. Fantastic Support”
“I absolutely love staying at the Ballina motel. Great service lovely receptionist. Also good size units.”
“We have worked with Hotshot Sports Equipment happily for a few years now, they are very easy to communicate with. Fantastic team and products, would highly recommend!”
“We drove from Auckland to Hawkes bay for the weekend to learn some Trapeze basics. We were so glad we did! Mike was amazing at helping us all to feel welcome right the start. His coaching and caring helped me feel confident enough to try a variety of things even though I have a fear of heights. Whether you are interested in Trapeze or other aerials, go check them out!”
“Love it there and my son really enjoys it. Playcentre got all the tools and educational toys, books, playdough, sanpit, playgrounds etc. And you get to be the one educating and playing with your child as per motto 'Parents are the best teacher'. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.”
“Truly a home away from home for very young children (pre-kinder) and kindergarteners. They stay true to providing a warm, nourishing, comforting and beautiful environment for the children.”
“The Havelock North Family Centre is so warm & inviting. The staff are kind, full of energy & are a fun-loving bunch! Thank you for hosting the baby & parent group morning teas. The support you gave our group was invaluable… & kept us sane!”
“Absolutely love Abby's online classes - as a Pilates newbie, the Spring Challenge has got me hooked. Amazing the "burn" you can achieve in just 15-20mins... Abby is so easy & fun to follow along with and offers ways to increase or decrease difficulty so it really is for everyone. Highly recommend!”
“Mike provides an excellent service. 100% recommend.”
“This place offers great care for patients requiring their services”
“I can't talk highly about Danielle! I've done Pilates, yoga and one on one personal training sessions with her. I've seen her through a range of physical abilities, from trying to get fitter, being fit and taking it to the next level and post knee surgery. She is extremely knowledgably, professional, positive and absolutely gets the most from you. I'd book in with her all day, every day, if I possibly could. The studio space is next level and her equipment is the best. I love her machines, well, love and hate some of them.... but that's what I'm there for. You must get in touch, book in and reward your body and mind with what she can help you accomplish. Thank you Danielle! You are incredible!”
“Amazing teaching staff and great resources !!!!”
“Amazing centre, my 5yo loves there and we as parents love it too. Totally recommend it.”
“We have sent both of our boys through Te Mata Kindergarten and both times we have had truly wonderful experiences. The kindy is so beautifully equiped and the staff are so dedicated. It made our transition to Te Mata School a breeze as the kindy has regular visits from the new entrance teacher as well as continuity of friendships with most kindy friends transitioning through also.”
“Haven’t played for years due to frustration over my lack of skills. Had one lesson and what a huge difference! Booked for more cause now I’m hooked! Dan makes it so simple to improve. Cheers Dan”
“Compared to others it's awesome”
“A wonderful and caring early childhood centre. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your child feel.safe and cared for.”
“Fantastic yoga studio. Found it welcoming and great timetable. Definitely much more true to bikram original 26/2 teacher style - honouring each person. Significantly more enjoyable and pleasant than the Napier bikram (yippi yo), which I found majority of teachers and owner somewhat commander-like, mechanical. Hastings Bikram was a delightful find. Thanks heaps.”
“Great environment. My children loved it and we felt so welcomed.”
“The sound of children playing and chattering, the wind rustling the trees, just lovely”
“Kia Ora, we had our twins here from the age of 3 to 5 and it was the best thing we could've done for our little boy and girl. The staff are wonderful and caring and you can see the Kohanga is run properly.”
“Kia ora. I went to Awa Ink through the recommendation of a friend and work colleague. I was born in Melbourne, Australia, and have lived full time in New Zealand since 1997. I have a number of old skool type tattoos which I had done during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The only tattoo that meant anything to me is my daughter's name on a ribbon and love heart type design. I really wanted something new that tells my story and truly means something to me. Tawhiri absolutely exceeded my expectations with a beautiful Tā moko telling my story along with my daughter's name and the name of my mokopuna. I requested the Southern Cross be included as I was born under this constellation and is featured on the Australian flag where I was born and the New Zealand flag where I have lived for close to 30 years. I also have a connection to Samoa through a very close friend which also features the Southern Cross on its flag. My overall experience with Tawhiri at Awa Ink absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tawhiri. Ngā mihi nui”
“Quite a large church, really, spanning one end of the block to the other (Eastbourne Street to Heretaunga Street East) - the meeting point for two different congregations and services each sunday, namely: - at 10:00am, the Methodist Parish is ministered by Reverend Margaret Hall, and - at 11:30am, the Samoan language Methodist Parish is ministered by Presbyterian Reverend Iakopa Fa'afuata, - with combined services happening every 3rd sunday at 10am You can make hall bookings, if you like, by phoning Wesley Methodist Parish on 06 878 3748.”
