“Absolutely amazing 2 night stay. Loved every minute. We stayed with our two teenage daughters who loved sleeping in the loft. Everything was pristine and clean. Bedding was comfortable and the garden was beautiful. Easy walk downhill into Napier town centre. If we could package up the house and take it with us on holiday, we would! “Note. This was accommodation on a business trip, but i so regretted that my wife was not here i selected 'Couples". An absolute slice of luxury just on the outer edge of Taradale. Font vome here alone - you will be introuble with your partner. With three well appointed bedrooms each wth ensuite would well suite a group of couples or a family. Great tech and fast wifi also. I connected to the bluetooth entertainment centre and enjoyed my own tunes immensely. The spa was A+++”

“Best working hostel in NZ! Rob (manager) goes well out of his way to get you a job and makes you feel at home. I ended up staying for around 7 months and during lockdown! It is a working hostel so everyone stays long term and has a job. Made friends for life here and have so many amazing memories.”

“A fantastic B&B with very friendly hosts, Maria & Tony! We spent 4 nights with them over Christmas 2024, and it was like staying at a friend's house! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic! We were even allowed to use the barbecue. We also had a breathtaking view of Hawkes Bay! Since it's located a bit outside of Napier, a car is a must. We 100% recommend this B&B!”

“Reading some of these reviews I find really unfair. We had a great stay for 1 week. There were atleast 20 people staying in the hostel at this time and never once did we struggle to find somewhere to cook or chill out in peace. Multiple showers and kitchens. Comments on the clenliness of a hostel is more a reflection on the people staying there than it is the management- it only takes a couple minutes to create a mess. Jason the manager really is a top guy and went out of his way to help me out after an unexpected thing popped up meaning my plans changed, again I find comments criticising him completely out of character and undue. Thanks for having us, would have happily stayed for a couple months to work longer. Jack & Tara”
