After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). “I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”
