“The first reason I booked here after my recent injury began to heal, was because the most important person in the company...the first point of contact, Julie, was absolutely delightful to speak to and gather information and a better understanding of what to expect. Nothing was an issue to her, and she was very polite, well spoken, patient, and informative, and very methodical - a great trait for her role. She is an asset to the company, as is Kursty who has been helping me with my rehabilitation of my hand injury. I fell sick prior to a repeat appointment so I rang to possibly adjust the time, and I then determined to monitor overnight and go from there.
