“Do you know how good you have to be to give a collision centre a 5 star review? I had my car stolen and Michael was an absolute legend at helping out once it was recovered. Great communication with every member of the team. Step by step helped me through it even though I don't even live in chch. Not to mention I didn't even have a choice to go with them. They are the preferred company with my insurer and I don't intend to be a repeat customer but they went above and beyond. Could not recommend enough. It was with them for around 6 hours or so and we were expecting a hefty bill so we're very surprised to hear that we were only charged for 1 hour's labour. The brakes are now perfect.”

They put two new tyres on and then cost themselves the extra by letting me know I had wheel play issues to sort before a wheel alignment would be of any use. “Bad reviews are from people who take their 20 year old family SUV to a BUSY, high end performance and tuning workshop and expect to be treated as if their car is the most prized possession in the shop, (Not to say they'd give it anything less than a quality, well done job). Steve and his team took great care of my newly purchased MazdaSpeed3 and went above and beyond to look and test for any abnormalities (even though I was probably the least interesting car they examined). With the limited space and the many cars they have on their hands they were surprisingly efficient, informative, and solved the issues I was concerned about. Couldn't recommend enough if there's an issue you're experiencing that's too annoying, complex, or time consuming to resolve at home; Or simply need a quality service or tune... 5 stars for RE Sinclair. Will be seeing you blokes again soon for a few mods and a tune!”

“Very Friendly and knowledgable crew, Only does what is need to be done/requested, never upsells. Had an alternator problem and they took in my car in short notice. I was also planning to do my timing belt done this year anyway, so I just trusted them with the repair and they did a fantastic job! Paid a few hundred dollars less than what they originally quoted me. Lady on the phone is very friendly too, will definately be the mechanic I'll be going back to when I need big jobs done. “Great service comes at the right price. Recently, my car needed a new cylinder gasket. After discussing with the receptionist, they started ordering the parts for me. The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasn’t in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300.
