Great Day. George had us in the zone and on good fish from the first drop. Plus teed up filleting for arrival back at the dock with Kai Ika in Westhaven. Can’t recommend more.
Amazing experience! From the great communication and updates leading up to the day, to the fantastic time we had on the water, everything was top-notch. George, our skipper, was incredibly knowledgeable—so much so, we ended up dubbing him "George Attenborough" out at sea! We caught some amazing fish, and George even coordinated with the Kai Ika Project team to meet us at the boat, which added an extra special touch to the day. I highly recommend Hauraki Express, by far the best fishing charters in New Zealand!
Great day out, George was very knowledgeable and we ended up at a great spot that saw us catch plenty of snapper. A couple of us had a slow start and George swapped our lures, which certainly helped. Would definitely recommend!
Always a pleasure to jump on board with skipper George .We have been travelling across the ditch once or twice a year for a long time.Champion bloke and one the best anglers Ive seen. Between driving the boat sounding fish and fending off the constant banter from us Aussie's he still manages to sneak in a fish or 2 just to keep it competitive. If your travelling to Auckland and looking for a fish give Hauraki Express a call, you wont regret it.OK

Great day out. After recent bad weather, skip George put us on the spot and we nailed it.
We used the water taxi service to Great Barrier and back. So easy going wharf to wharf. Great communications and service. Smooth trip out and great boat skills from Peter on the return trip in not so nice seas.
