We arrived on Waiheke with a booking in a winery for lunch and no real idea how to get around. We took a public bus to Oneroa and had a nice time browsing around. I saw this Taxi parked up and asked the driver (Karim) if it was possible for him to pick us up in an hour a bring us to lunch. He was more than happy to oblige and we exchanged numbers. He was bang on time and shared his top tips on activities along the way. We arranged to meet him a couple of hours later and he again arrived spot on time to bring us to the ferry. We had a fantastic journey and felt very looked after by our driver Karim. He was very courteous and helpful with advice of good places to eat and drink. On top of this, the prices were fair. Would recommend him to all.
Absolutely amazing! Jumped into the taxi and asked the lovely driver to take me to a great spot on the Island to try wine for my last day before I flew out of New Zealand. He drove me to an incredible place and I had the best day. During the drive he told me all about the Island and we had a great conversation. I also needed picking up and he was so reliable, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my day so memorable and going above and beyond.

Char was a great driver! Very accommodating. He let us end our ride early in the village so we could eat since we’d missed the ferry and then when we called him to pick us up after lunch he was super prompt! Got us to the ferry in time. Car was clean and air conditioned and his driving was great.
There is no lady drivers in Hybrid Taxi. The driver doesn’t insist on cash, as he has facility of eftpos and credit cards. One of the best drivers. 5 stars. Person giving negative rating is not correct, as there’s no lady driver in the Hybrid Taxi.
