The specials were great and I got a few items at a bargain. The try rooms are clean and tidy partially because they open the room when you want to try and keep cleaning it up. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rather than just saying they don’t have stock of any specific items they actually first check it. Since it’s in a mall parking is available but it’s a mission to find one on a weekend. Good luck shopping.”

After a 6 weeks (don't expect anything in a hurry!), a second team came to solve the issue - they were fantastic, apologetic and were very professional and courteous. I can see why others would leave a low star rating, mostly from a lapse in communication and time - but for us, JFB have been great. Thank you for coming back and resolving our issue JFB. I want to say the HUGEST thank you to Tallulah, she was so kind and patient, sorted out my issue and made sure she had my number to call me back with updates. Not only did she get my items together ready to collect but she spoke to her manager and worked out a deal for me. An hour later I had my parcel and the best customer service I’ve had in years.
