She even took the extra step of reaching out to the IT department to get it sorted. Lani was so lovely, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. “Went to look at purchasing a bed and was greeted by a friendly staff member, Cherise and she asked us what type we were looking for. She showed us a few options and said to spend around 10 mins or more to try and was not pushy at all. She usually works in the furniture dept, but today was helping us. We eventually settled on a really comfortable bed and she said to allow approximately 1 month for the mattress to mould to our bodies. We found her really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this store There was a slight issue just after receiving, the headboard received was not the one ordered, I phoned and spoke to murray who was very helpful, he asked if we could re package it and it would be swapped for a new one, it was a few days later that it was picked up but the new one as stated wasn't on the truck, I spoke to the driver who told me that he was told that this one was going to be used again, there was miscommunication between the bed manufacturer and the bed shop and definitely no communication to me. I also noticed that the 2 drawers that we had weren't sanded leaving sharp edges and if not careful could easily cut your hand or fingers, when I raised this I was told that the same was to other drawers in the showroom also, not impressed as this is a quality concern. Even though you don't see when drawers are closed doesn't mean that it should be left un sanded, a slight let down but getting used to a different mattress.”
