I also want to thank Catherine, the head nurse, who did not overlook the issue I had with a nurse. She tried her best to understand from the patient’s perspective, listened carefully, and worked to ensure that such things would not happen again in the future. My GP, Kevin Park, listened carefully to my opinions and reflected them by changing my blood pressure medication. (A doctor who understands the patient’s pain → the best doctor^^) Even though the previous medication didn’t work, after he changed it, my blood pressure has remained normal for months. Just as reports say that symptoms improve faster when there is strong trust between a doctor and a patient, I believe having a good GP is truly important. In that sense, I am very grateful.”

“Considering the nightmare time of year with most doctors shut down, the service we received was unbelievably good. Dr Nikki was so thorough and I really thought she went the extra mile to check my daughter was getting the right tests and had the best review of what the next steps were- she listened , she took her time to ensure all the right tests were undertaken and having been in the hospital system with my daughter a lot in her younger years I was so impressed by the care Nikki and the nurses gave us. “We had a great first-time experience at Local Doctors – Dannemora. Had an appointment booked for my sick daughter at 2:30pm and we arrived a bit early, around 2:15. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating, even with a simple task like finding my daughter’s name in the system, made us feel welcomed. We were assisted shortly after by a friendly and caring Filipino nurse, Bless, who took my daughter’s vital stats with warmth and professionalism. At 2:30pm, we were seen by Dr. Alaa, who was incredibly humble, accommodating, and kind. She treated my daughter so gently and took the time to explain her condition clearly and in a reassuring manner. The visit was efficient, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care we received and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others. “The district nurses are very care to patients and professional. Reception ladies are also very kind. It opens 7 days a week, even on the public holidays. Plus, there are always plenty parking spaces. I really appreciate their working on my wound care.”

“The telephone here could be tricky to reach, but rest assured—they always return calls if you leave a voicemail. We’ve visited this clinic several times and seen three to four different dentists, all of whom are incredibly gentle and patient with children. Highly recommend this place, especially Katherine! She’s young, cheerful, and has such a playful approach that it feels like a game for the kids while she completes their dental treatment.”
