The receptionist was able to fit be in for an appointment later on that morning which was really great. I came back with my passport paid and was seen by a friendly nurse for a check up before I met the doctor. Both the nurse and doctor made my visit comfortable and relaxing. I have quite bad anxiety from bad doctor visits in the past so this was a breath of fresh air. So glad I decided to sign up here. Thank you also to the lovely staff here who were so accomodating.”

“The absolute best gp i have ever had, I am so happy I decided to change gps due to not being listened to for the last 2 years (more before this diagnoses) but as soon as I enrolled here and spoke with my new doctor (Angela Lee) I was diagnosed within a week and had surgery a week later. She not only listens to her patients but generally cares too. The staff I have personally met with (from reception to nurses and doctors) have been amazingly kind and caring. I am happy to say my family and I have finally found a medical centre that actually care about their patients and their health. Thank you browns bay medical!”

“We would like to thank one of the doctors at this clinic Dr Ravi Naran for his incredible support and medical expertise demonstrated during an incident that took place at a recent football match. His quick thinking, calmness and obvious medical ability helped save a player who suffered a heart attack during the game. He provided leadership, direction and clear instruction to the group providing life saving first aid, and ultimately through his direct actions saved the life of our player. An amazing professional, and without his quick reactions the situation would have been completely different. Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to be patients at his clinic, but have no doubt he would be an amazing GP and someone who will undoubtedly be a great doctor for those in his district.”

“I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. Choosing a urology team is an important decision and I can honestly recommend One Six One whole heartedly and honestly”

“Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!”

He was remarkable—very kind and an exceptionally good listener. I also had a great experience during the Doctor at ultrasound. So, thank you to the entire AXS team—especially the X-ray technician.
