“We contacted Dave and Tracey at Spick N Span early November to quote us for our beach house to been cleaned. We had great communication with them. On the Friday before the job was to be done, we got a conformation email making sure we were ready to go with the job. Mark arrived at 8am and his partner arrived minutes later and got straight onto the job. It was a big job, roof, garage, house decks and pest spay. Their communication was great, nothing was a problem, they hardly stopped all day. Mark was absolutely brilliant. Because of this I would normally fire cleaners on a 6 monthly basis as they would start off well then deteriorate. Quality Cleaning are the only company I have kept on for 3 years now. Yes the cleaning crews come and go, but they are the only company who actually communicates what is happening, has an operational manager and hands on owner who pop in to check on quality on a regular basis, which a lot of other companies say they will do but never actually do.
