“I didn't know much about Thermomix until my partner and I went to a tiny home show and there was a consultant displaying all the uses and ways to use a Thermomix. This piqued our interest and we got in touch with Helen who was our local Thermomix agent. Helen invited us around for a Thermomix experience and we ended up staying there for 2 hours, and during this time she expertly demonstrated all the ways to use the Thermomix. I am Vegan and she kindly made sure that all the recipes were Vegan friendly and we had an absolute feast. Her friendly personality made the experience all the better as she deftly prepared our feast of dips and pizza bread and even a lovely sweet treat. We were literally amazed at all the delicious items put before us put our order in on the spot. There was no hard sell at all Helen has been using her thermomix for ages and her confidence in the product was enough for us to seal the deal. And boy am I glad we did. It's literally changed our life around, the simplicity of being able to whip something up with whatever you have in the house when you're a busy working mum is ideal. We also get to show off quite a lot with our guests when we present them with all our homemade dishes that far outshine the shop bought ones. Thermomix rocks and so does Helen for sharing with us so much knowledge.”

“Awesome demo. Key is name of course : mastery of temperature - the chef really did know/impart the science of cooking food rather than just show how to cook (which is what other brands tend to do). Learnt so much about technical aspects of cooking food regarding temperature that you can apply to all equipment (ie not just genetic to F&P). Great choice of demo food to showcase best features of steam oven and induction (caramelising sugar). I have been to Miele & Neff cooking demos - at the time they were certainly good demos with nice food eg lamb & veggies- in hindsight nothing new except the way to cook it in steam oven to give slightly better result than usual home cooking. However FP experience showcased techniques ( eg the reverse sear eye fillet and the steamed salmon) that lifted the demo to the next level - so yummy yet still totally doable by the home cook. What I also loved is the minimal use of additional flavourings etc so the food on show had nowhere to hide. Sensational results for minimal fuss”

“When I started looking for the kitchen, I visited few big names first that are fronted by the sales teams in swanky retail spaces, rather than people actually doing the work. Those experiences left me with a belief that I'll have to get a flatpack kitchen from the hardware store to fit into my budget. However, when I met Vernon, he offered an amazing customer service, which enabled me to get a custom designed high quality kitchen at a reasonable price. Throughout the whole process, Vernon was very responsive, and made the effort to be available to discuss my requirements and any concerns. Nothing was impossible for him, and also he was able to make practical suggestions where needed, patiently answering all my questions, and updating kitchen plans and 3d views as I tweaked the design to work with chosen appliances. Vernon always kept me informed, and worked hard to fit into my timelines. He was the only tradesman on the substantial renovation project that I didn't have to worry about. We were so impressed with his attitude, skill, communication and quality of the finished product, that we ended up getting him to fit out the laundry, and make a custom back porch cabinet as well. Overall, I'd recommend you go to Vernon first, instead of wasting your time with big names as you'll get a personal service from start to finish and the best quality product possible for your budget.”
