Rex and Johanna hardly recognised their loved but worn Oak table when it was carefully delivered last week. Such a beautiful and loving restoration with attention to the wood grain, highlighting the carving in the elegant legs and a deep rich colour which perfectly complemented our chairs and the wood in our other pieces .We Thank you so much.
I have just collected my dining room chair and they have done such a lovely job. I know where the crack used to be. Anyone else looking at it would not be able to tell that anything had happened to it. Highly recommend using them for any repairs you might need done. 4 months to have have my dashboard re veneered. No contact from them at all only me asking. I rang in January to enquire about progress and was told a week or two and it will be finished. Now April, still not finished. Cancelled. Would not recommend. Reasons, lack of contact, lack of progress after first call and excuses given. Is a shame, I want to support local businesses.

I have had two different jobs completed by Auckland Restorers & Finishers. The first, an oval wooden table badly chipped and damaged on the top. I thought my old tall boy was destined for firewood when I had the good fortune to discover Auckland Restorers and Finishers. Nilesh restored my rimu dresser to it's former beauty and added elegant brass handles. The transformation was amazing and exceeded my hopes. These guys are absolute furniture magicians, I run Auckland Moving guys ltd and very very rarely we have a situation that requires a skilled furniture technician. Last week we had one such where a client hadn't chosen to insure or pack her items and sadly a table was damaged during the move. They did an absolutely amazing repair to make the table usable and about as good looking as it could ever be after such a devastating event.
