“Arrived on time to put in new sink. He had to solder pipes to move them across a bit. This is old style pipe as house built in 1970's. The new sink was the wrong one (the kitchen firm's fault, not the plumbers) so he had to refit the old one. Very competent. Pleasant even in the face of things not going right. Gave good advice. Well mannered. Good itemised account, which was reasonable cost. I would use him again.”
