Cabinet Shop installed my custom laundry and I paid handsomely for that. My builder called it exorbitant, but as they had already come out an measured I went with them anyway. Some mistakes were made with basic details such as incorrect handles fitted plus I had to clean up after the installers had been. I held payment back until the handles were replaced. All sorted... but within 10 months I noticed that the quality soft close hinges on one cabinet were rusting badly, so I contacted John first by email then text then email again, with photos that time - THREE times in total yet have had no reply. The after sales service is clearly non-existent. Very disappointing considering the amount I paid.
