“Sunil has been amazing to work with. My partner and I were almost ready to give up on the idea of owning our first home in Auckland. We were turned down by many brokers and were told it would be impossible given our spending and banks tight restrictions. Then Sunil came along and brought this sense positivity and calmness he said why don’t we just see where we are at. We submitted our documents and met up with him to discuss our goals and he was very accommodating and actually wanted to get to know us and how he could help with our goals. He explained all the processes in a way we could understand and took his time to do this. He always made sure we were going at the right pace for us. We remained uncertain about even getting a pre approval but Sunil remained positive and reassured us we had a chance and through all his hard work he was able to get us a pre approval on only a 10% deposit on an existing build. He made himself available at all times even during the weekend when we were wanting to put an offer on a house - he took our calls and was very supportive and helpful! We are now unconditional on a property and could not have done it without Sunil. We are so incredibly grateful and appreciative of everything he has done for us and all his hard work.
