Had a stain on an expensive Jacket. They removed it without any issues. Was worried if the color of the jacket would fade, but had no such problems!!
sucks when i’ve been cleaning and soaking and scrubbing my jeans for months on end, finally cave to going to a dry cleaners and they promised me as i showed them the stains they could get it out, get my pants back and they look the exact same from when i brought them in and 17$ less

Staff are always pleasant and helpful, and pay attention to Covid guidelines. Drycleaning service is excellent. They recently shortened a pair of tousers - again, excellent service.
Edit : after writing below review and speaking to the Manager, a few attempts of cleaning, and finally my coat came out perfect. Thank you Wish I had read these reviews before I took my expensive puffer coat there. Had some grease stains, was told they could get them out. Went to pick up. It had patches of chemical stains that stood out far worse than the grease. No one had phoned to tell me! They said they would try to do it again. Still no phone call. I had to phone them, to be told it still looks the same. No apology etc. Have informed them I will pick my coat up, but not paying them. Taking this further to the Manager!
They ruined all my three shirts, and said that's the best they can do, definitely never come again
Curtains came back with white fluff all over them and with new brown water marks at the top of the backing material. The minor water marks on the bottom of the curtains that had been there before cleaning were certainly gone, but these new brown marks are much more obvious. None of this was mentioned while I was in the store and I had to make 2 trips to pick up as they were not ready on the date given and I was not informed of this until I turned up to pick them up. They were ready 3 days later. Not very happy at all with this service and the lack of discussing new stains with me and coming to a solution. Will not be going back.
