    Have recently tried to end our contract with Alsco ensuring we have the extensive notice period required to then be charged two extra months after. The communication has been extremely poor to say the least since, multiple emails and phone calls to try and get it sorted have been ignored and unanswered. In the meantime I am receiving statements telling me my account- which should have been closed- is overdue when I’ve been told I will receive credits. Would never use this company again and would absolutely not recommend, such poor customer service.

    This is the worst service we ever received, always deliver a bucket load of tower to us, we used to had piles of tower store on top of the selfs. they said they only charge for the tidy tower that they collect back, but when we cancel the tower service, they come to collect all the tower back and charge for all of them, including the clean, unused tower! If we know we are going to be charged even for the clean unused tower, I could have used them rather than paying for the service without using it!!! I felt I am so being rip-off now. So, I suggest you think careful and ask clearly before you use their service, or don't ever cancel their service once you have started with them!
