   We booked the family studio, which features two en-suite rooms on the upper level and a separate studio on the lower level. The studio includes a comfortable bed, a kitchenette with essentials, a cozy living area, and a private patio. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Each room is equipped with a convenient corner featuring a kettle, water, coffee, and tea, as well as a small plate of cookies and candies. We were aware that the kitchenette does not have a stove, but we were prepared for this, having read reviews beforehand. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming.

   Beautiful ensuite room in private house with access to fridge, microwave and coffee making counter. There is no access to the rest of the house. We only had phone contact with the owner as access to the room is via a key lock. All perfectly fine. Location is beautiful, close to the water and ~30 min to the albatros center. There are some lovely nature drives around but not many restaurants, stores...

   Great bedroom with amenities, nice decor, comfortable Super king bed, waterfront balcony view. Close to where i wanted to go. The Duck Caffe down the road opens early and has the best breakfast. Water pressure is excellent. Very happy with my first experience at an air bnb

   I am not the one who writes reviews often, but these hosts and place deserves one. Highly recommend this place, Our host Paulo and Paul are amazing , incredibly welcoming, the rooms are awesome Clean and tidy the view from the rooms are amazing, the location is fantastic away from cities hustle and bustle.

   We arrived at the accommodation after 2pm the room was not even cleaned .I could not contact him from my phone i had to use my partner's. He then hang up 3 times .Do not go to this place a utter scam. We were having such a wonderful day up til this point.

   Absolutely lovely accommodation downstairs in room 3. Great hosts who made our visit easy and comfortable, and went the extra mile for our 9 day stay. We'll be back again to have a spa, sauna, and to enjoy the views after a local scooter ride along the waterfront that's only 5 mins walk away. Its far enough out of town to enjoy quiet afternoons on the deck, but only 10 mins from town. Also Tui2 is only 10ish mins drive from Larnach Castle so it is a good location to get to those Northern city sites of interest. Including the war memorial and down to the Albatross colony. Thanks for a great stay!

   A great place to stay. 15 minute drive from Dunedin city, set in a beautiful bay. Beds are super comfy and it is really quiet. Very clean and modern. Definitely recommend.
