   We stayed in Franza Farm for a couple of days and the amount of warmth and hospitality we received was simply amazing. Our entire family felt so at home and we really would like to thank Sako and Andrew for being such great hosts. We have stayed in a few B&Bs before and Franza Farm is easily the best one we have stayed at! Special shout out to the friendly farm animals as well :)

   My family had a wonderful and relaxing time at Franza Farm. The farm has a beautiful view and landscape. We did lots of activities here like walking, taking photo and feeding friendly and lovely cows, pigs, goats and so on. My kids were very excited and happy with this practical experience. The hosts, Sako and Andrew were very kind, enthusiasm and professional. They organized the tour very effective and safe. At the end of the tour, we had been served hot cups of Japanese tea and biscuits. They were indeed delicious and awesome! Thank you again Sako and Andrew for the tour. We will come back. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

   What a relaxing and luxurious place with such friendly hosts. It's so quiet with amazing views across the harbour and every need catered for. Spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It's so easy to come and go from Dunedin and Port Chalmers too. Well worth seeking out.

   I had the pleasure of staying at Franza Farm with my children last week. The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is very large and private and had everything we needed. It was also sparkling clean which added to the feeling of comfort and relaxation. This place has the advantage of feeling like a secluded retreat while at the same time being only a few minutes drive from central Dunedin. Nothing is too much trouble for the accommodating and friendly host and hostess. I hope to go back soon!

All was professionally set up; however the personal touch gave my business stay a holiday feeling.
