   The staff at godfreys dunedin are very customer focused and have strived to help out my grandfather, his vaccume was abused by his care company and they had ripped the power cord which was creating electrical zaps. The communication of the team has been incredible and the help that they have given us is truly appreciated. Not only do the staff have fantastic knowledge of their products, they have the care and drive to make sure their customers always leave with a smile.

   Fantastic service and experience here :) Tom is incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, objective about the brands, and kind. He took in my requirements and budget, and recommended a few options. Bonus was being able to try what the vacuums were like on a variety of surfaces - floor, carpet, vacuuming up hair, rice, fluff; general usability, the weight in hand, and how to take the unit apart. 10/10 service, product range, pricing. Highly recommend buying from Tom!

   The worst service I have ever had from a company. I waited almost three months for a new sebo vacuum cleaner. The cleaner was paid in full on 17th May. I was told it would be here in June. I or my husband had to ring them to find out what was happening. I asked for a loan cleaner twice it took three weeks to arrive. I’m very disappointed in this company and will never buy another appliance from them.

   Excellent after sale service!!! Bought a Wertheim stick vac last year, the rod failed x2 and the team at the Dunedin shop has replaced them each time. Love this vacuum cleaner and use it every day as i do have a dog. Thank you Godfrey Dunedin.
