   Hi I would to share my personal experience with this business. I had booked accommodation for my daughter and I to see Pink. When I realised I booked the wrong dates I tried to rebook on the night of the concert but there were no available rooms. I emailed the business and cancelled the booking. They took $134.10 out my bank account. I spoke to the owner this evening and she was adamant that she would not refund me the money. I realise that mistakes happen but I would never recommend staying at this business. Theft is theft.

   A fabulous find, Artica is bound to be my new favourite place to stay when visiting Dunedin. Located in Port Chalmers, my "apartment" in this lovely villa felt like a luxury home away from home, sprinkled with host (and artist) Kirsten's artworks. When departing, it's an easy drive north over the hill on to Blueskin Road, joining SH1 at Waitati (avoids traveling back into the city and motorway traffic). Highly recommend Artica for the lovely warm welcome, relaxing vibe in comfort and style and amazing location with view of bushclad hills. Unique!

   Lovely accommodation within easy access to the beautiful town of Port Chalmers. Historic home is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Room has a microwave, full set of dishes and mini fridge.

   We had 2 nights here for the Elton John concert in Dunedin. Absolutely loved the place. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, jug, tea and coffee, toaster, bar fridge, wine glasses etc. The bathroom was huge and I loved the owners art work around the room (which she has for sale). Kirsten was very helpful in recommending places to eat around Port Chalmers. The breakfast was yummy and so much of it, very European and healthy :-). We will certainly stay here again.
