Zero stars. My first time in Dunedin, won't ever go back here. Had like 10 chips in my box. And the lettuces in my burger was brown, slimy and rank. Not cool when you've been on the road all day and are hungry.
If I could give zero I would, forgot drinks, burnt dry chicken, dried up chips, no spoons, no napkins. The only thing good was the uber.
Somehow they really know how to mess up your order. Fast food not so fasy anymore when you need to comeback to correct your order
That was the best meal I have had at a KFC in a very long time. I don't like chicken breast because it can sometimes be too dry, but the meal tonight was finger licking good
This place should be shut down.... service as slow as I can get the food was luke warm at best no bubbles in l&p as for the cleaning of the joint disgusting.... grime dust and oil on every surface of the place... if there was a negative rating this place would have got it.... YUCK YUCK YUCK..... people that work there WHAT DO U ACTUALLY DO THERE
I pre ordered online for pick up at 4.40pm...arrived it was not ready...was served by "jess" she gave me my order and I specifically asked her if there was an extra slider as I had ordered one and was told yes....drive home went to hand everyone their meals and the slider was missing...rang the store spoke to a lovely girl in the phone who organized a store credit as we like a wee drive away from the store. Hung up and realized my son's snack burger and chips were missing so called up and let them know I was coming back in. The manager was rude. And reluctantly made a replacement of the things we were missing however by the time we got home with the replacements the meals we had ordered and got beforehand were cold.
If your hungry don't upsize your meal they always screw you on the chips every dam time. Buy a snack burger instead they not too bad. Every time I have Ordered a large, the chip box is half full.
Absolute bunch of useless people. Wait for 20 minutes, can't believe the amount of staff walking around doing nothing. They walk up to the till, look at it and walk off, don't even a knowledge you. Then, when an uber delivery comes in, thats the priority. To then top it off, I do get acknowledged and then second customer comes in, stands next to me and he gets served next. No wonder there's a sign saying be kind to our staff, they create the frustration to start with. Well you lost a customer, totally useless.... kfc corporate, sort it out.
Got a 3 piece quarter pack. The chicken pieces were ridiculously tiny. I also ordered a Sprite but it turned out to just be soda water. Tables were not wiped down either.
