EDIT TO SHOW HOW LITTLE MANGLEMENT CARE... Picture of response from "company owner" can't even be bothered to change the X's to names. Think I'll drop the star review as I can now see this problem goes deeper than just the workers. Food quality very much depends on the time of day and the people who are making it. Sometimes you'll get a very good meal, others you'll be lucky to get a piece of lettuce on your whopper. Main complaint though is the drive through, the new a.i. system is absolutely shit, I know you can ask for a team member but the wait time on that can be either straight away or drive away with no food because it's ridiculous time frames. So main take away here is this place is VERY inconsistent

The food was good. But the music was far too loud, you couldn't hear them calling out the numbers. Christchurch was much more pleasant no loud music.

This place is the absolute pits, unfortunately. I love BK, but the standard and service of this particular franchise is horrendous. They forget food in very simple orders, the quality of the food tastes like it was cooked yesterday or reheated hours ago, and despite craving a fix of BK, one is usually left wanting (either their correct meal, or for it to be fresh and hot). What happened to fresh, hot food, packed correctly, by a well-trained team who take pride in their work? Crazy. Management donβt seem to give two cares, Iβm not fooled by the generic response all feedback givers receive - no true change will happen. Itβs disappointing.

We are disappointed and won't go here again. We asked for a tray as we dine in. Staff was rude to us and told us, they don't have a clean tray. Burger was burned. The place was dirty and filthy. Rubbish bins were overflowing.

Due to my shift I probably come to Burger King 3-4 times a week. I generally show up during the evening rush. For service I give ac5/5. Even when busy wait times are short. Most people generally order via the kiosks available, but if somebody goes to the front counter, even though they are busy generally somebody comes quickly to serve them. Food also 5/5. Comes hot, including the fries. When I order a burger with pickles I state to have them removed, and it would only be like once or twice a year they donβt. Considering how many I order, I think that is a pretty good average. As for atmosphere, the restaurant is clean, the tables are clean, even when busy. Thatβs reasonably impressive, so 5/5 as well.

The worst service in Dunedin, when you could walk across the road to a number of other burger stores. Checked my milkshake, wasn't full so asked to fill it to the top and got a dirty look! I will never go to this store again!

Food wise this is the best burger king I've ever been to.. Especially the rebel vegetarian Burgers - indestiguishable from meat patties. Honestly I always wonder if they are just lying and serving beef.

Seem to be inconsistent with sizes. Chips not always full, ice cream sizes vary... Prices are good but came away feeling disappointed

Went in the drive thru and ordered cheeseburger and chips. Got home. No cheeseburger but dry nuggets and pitiful chips. Rang to make complaint but no answer. Hence bad review. I got a ghost pepper whopper which was nice but they are no good at answering calls and to late to go bk

Very average overall. Very long wait in the drive through to start with. That's good that I am going to a busy place. Chips were cold as and we decided to go and return and ask for fresh ones. They didn't like that and gave us even worse ones. Opsss never annoy a chef. The crispy chicken burger had a sad looking tomato slice and tiny pieces of lettuce as a salad with heaps of mayo. Patty was good. Burger bun was stodgy. Our plant base chicken burger had a better presentation, still a faux chicken patty is a hard thing to master. Overall the stuff served was miles away from the pictures on the wall around the eatery. The best thing was an eager seagull trying to attack us through a clean windshield of our car. Guys come on, lift your game please.
