I ordered the lamb curry, pork belly, roti, and fried chicken, and all I can say is that I wish we had a takeaway like this in Auckland! The pork and lamb were slow-cooked to perfection, and the curry was so good. Great Fijian cooking!
Wow what a hidden gem. Providing a combination of fantastic Fijian Indian and Kiwi takeaways- great food great taste lovely people. Donβt be deceived by the exterior- the food is fantastic

As we live in Whanganui we were after a takeaway that had excellent reviews as myself and my son are fussy. Their website for online ordering was professional and a breeze to navigate. The lady sorting our order was awesome and really friendly. My pork belly roast was so tender and delicious and judging by my son's groaning his hamburger was too. Fried bread was delicious. Awesome takeaways in every aspect. Totally recommend if you want quality at a low price. YUM!! No photos sorry... We forgot.. lol
Yum! Recently moved to Ngongotaha and googled a good place to get takeaways. We got butter chicken, garlic naan's and a kids meal. Full of flavour and very full and satisfied after our dinner. We enjoyed every minute of it. Will be back. If you want great service and food, go here :)
Extremely underrated fish and chips. Out of the other places we have tried, Bula Takeaways is on top by far. The Hoki fish was fresh, with a generous serving, and at the perfect price. The chips were also cooked to perfection, with fresh, clean oil. The workers are also very friendly. We really enjoyed the food and service, definitely going to go back. Highly recommend trying it.
Tried out 4 dishes: Chilli prawn; sweet and sour pork; chicken stir fry; and beef fried rice. Portions were very generous and extremely tasty. The chilli prawn smacked your taste buds like a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick! Prices were fair. I highly recommend to order by phone as we needed to wait quite a while before we got our food. I will definately come back here again.
