Pharmacist is a bully and a very bad tempered person. I shall never go to this pharmacy again. I rang the day before and booked a vit B12 injection. The assistant looked up my profile and made the appt for 9am and said that would be fine. However when I arrived the pharmacist was rather hostile and demanded to know if I had the vitB12 ampoule for the injection. The whole episode was bizarre. He said he would have to use of his. I still dont quite understand what went on. It was very upsetting.☹️ I wanted to just walk out but he directed his assistant to charge me $15 as soon as I said why I was there. I thought he seemed mentally deranged.

Fantastic service from Charles and Christine recently in helping with my son's medication supply issues and my wife's emergency passport photo! Much appreciated.

Do not expect this place to have your script ready on the basis your physician sent your meds to them a week ago. They re-priotorise based on dates on the script regardless of your ability to collect on a certain day. Also, they harp on about the huge number of scripts they write every day, making their inability to find good staff your problem. Pity there is no competition in this town.

Went in to get some beauty items as a part of a Christmas present and was watched like a hawk as if we were going to steal.. Makes you feel degraded and not a great experience. Felt rushed into what we were purchasing as we weren't really given time to look around properly. Fully regret spending money there at all after that experience but there isn't really any other places in Waipukurau other then supermarkets to get nice nail polishes mascara ect.

Some really nice staff in the shop, great help and always there when you need. However.. really slow with scripts etc, because they have got no other competition so they can do as they please.

Yesterday afternoon, my aunt came into your pharmacy to collect my grandmothers medication. She was served by a young woman in the shop who had an extremely hostile attitude and my aunt was given the impression that she was wasting this woman’s time. After getting told β€œI can’t have my lunch break now” numerous times, this staff member clearly did not want to be organising my grandmothers medication. I find this attitude and complete disregard of professionalism an absolute disgrace. At what point during this staff members training has she learned that this is an appropriate way to talk to customers? This staff member, has no idea what circumstances or situations my aunt has been dealing with. My grandmother has early stages of dementia and is not the easiest person to take care of. This behaviour and attitude from your staff, leads me and my family to believe that there must not be any training given to your staff. It also leads us to believe that your pharmacy does not value any sort of professionalism or duty of care. After eventually organising my grandmothers medication, the staff members parting shot to my aunt was β€œI feel sorry for your mother”. My aunt left the shop feeling embarrassed, judged and victimised at this young woman’s disgusting treatment of her. I strongly suggest the management of this pharmacy, some sort of disciplinary action happen in regards to how this staff member treated a member of the public. It is not the responsibility of your staff to judge people, it is your responsibility to provide the medication and care that members of the community need in a kind and professional manner.

How dear staff humiliate my sister as regards our mothers medication. To pass judgment on a situation she clearly knows nothing about. To intimidate my sister in front of other members of the public and to judge my sisters care of our mother. My sister works tirelessly to care for our mother and cares for her well considering the circumstances. This staff member knows nothing regarding our mothers mental Health and the difficulties my sister faces from one day to the next. As my mothers medical conditions are confidential I will not go into detail. This staff member knows who she is and I will be putting forward a formal complaint as she was behaving completely unprofessional and has overstepped the guidelines for that she was employed for. Kind Regards

Friendly staff, everyone of the staff members on the floor asked if I needed any assistance during my 30 minutes i was in the store for my (2nd) covid jab. Good old fashioned customer service at its finest. Very spacious & tidy pharmacy.
