Worst take away experience ever, poor service, run down dirty looking shop, only one overworked man on shift with very long wait, but the worst part was getting home to find the chips undercooked and the burger was wrong, deemed not fit for consumption so bought pizza instead what a waste, I would not recommend this shop.
Worst fish n chips ever,chips uncooked fish was off not edible..will not return or recommend.

This has been our local Fish and chips shop for years. Always reliable for classic NZ fish and chips.
Honestly, one of the best takeaway stores in Dunedin. The owner is super nice, and the lady who works there is amazing too. Food such as fish and chips is top notch stuff. Also, try the pork dumplings, and you won't regret it!

This used to be where my family came growing up. But honestly the pricing today is not worth the product..
Lady running shop is an absolute gem. Will do many many things to acquire their fries with garlic butter and chicken salt. Have brought tears to my eye many a time. No matter how many hotdogs I buy they’re always perfectly cooked 15 minutes after I phone up. Would recommend to a friend, would have with the family, will eat until I can’t.
Have been here a few times and each time the last at the counter had been great. My first visit was the standard burger and chips which was tasty. The second visit was even better, cashew chicken. The serving size was large and included a lot of chicken.
