Possibly the worst maccas in NZ. Frozen drink machine now gone, not even an option. The service is always slow and depending on who you get rude. Once waited 15 mins for cold fries, how?
My burger was cold as we had to wait 20 minutes for chips. People were getting fresh chips before us that were ordered way after us. Shocking service & rude workers, food was pretty bad tbh. Also the soft drinks we got were not completely full and were flat. Overall, horrible experience and a waste of $50.
the manager guy with glasses is so nice and enthusiastic, everyone should be like him, take notes… our receipt didnt print tho which was funny
We had to wait quite a while just for two sausage and egg muffin combos, and unfortunately, the coffee was cold by the time our food arrived. The front staff didn’t offer an apology and was on her phone before serving, which wasn’t very professional. Hopefully, the service will improve next time.
I am so disappointed. I came here for breakfast and ordered a blt bagel and got a sausage mc muffin? How on earth do you mess that up!
The worker named Arden was the best maccas employee I’ve ever seen, she deserves a raise immediately.
Not enough area for collection of orders, staff were bumping into each other and signage was nowhere. Serviettes, salt and pepper and straws were not available to customers.
Service was fast, but as usual the food was very disappointing, and wayyy to expensive for the price. The burgers were missing some toppings and the chips were old and stale.
took nearly 20 mins 2 get my smalls chips and 3 chicken nuggets on a not very busy night. forgot my sause and the nuggets where not freash :( chips R nice but would’ve been nicer faster and w sause
Waited 20 mins for my order... not really acceptable. I get that it was busy but you need to hire more staff to avoid this. This isn't the first instance of waiting this long either, as I'm regular into bayfair, I often see people waiting 15-20 mins before they finally get their food. That being said, at least the food they make is hot & fresh 80% of the time.
