    Terrible service. I stood there waiting to get ice creams for awhile, while the guy walked back and forth doing jobs ignoring me before he said “are you alright?” He also stopped scooping our ice creams to serve other people waiting in line and once the line is gone he continues scooping our ice creams.. also my son has asthma and an asthma induced coughing attack (with mask on) which I said to the man “it’s just asthma sorry” and then starts spraying everywhere my son had been! I understand covid and all that, but whole situation was rude and terrible customer service..

    The young high school teens who work here are very kind and helpful. The owner on the other hand is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Did not give prompt service, pretending to not understandour requests and gave a conflicting price vs what I've paid in the past. When I questioned him, he was dismissive and rude. Will not be returning. I'll be going to Monte Carlo Milk bar which is owned and staffed by friendly folks.

    This shop needs new owners the hot food sits in the cabinet way to long the chips go cold the man gives you the scraps and adds hot chips to them. Awful service then pretends he cant speak English. The young school kids working there are very nice and make sure you get fresh everything. And the shop is dirty not like it use to be
