   This Night 'n Day is my favorite, Chris is a legend. Honestly, he should be a general manager of the Night 'n Day franchise. I have never seen such a kind-hearted, friendly, and empathetic person in customer service. Whoever owns the Night 'n Day franchise really needs to put this man in a managerial position. I literally only come to Kaikorai Valley to see Chris. As an Autistic person myself, he is just genuinely one of the best people I've ever met and gives me hope that not all humans have hate in their hearts.

   This is the second time I have ordered chicken from here and it was burnt. I only have myself to blame as I obviously didn't learn the first time. I see another customer experienced the same thing today!!!!. Great benefits of having food delivered, disadvantages when staff don't care because your not standing infront of them. No one wins, so why do it??

   Loved the Night staff on Monday,the store has nearly everything,i had been to the night n day store for the first time,i had good experience.I had the Sunday icecream and the cris cross chips with sweet chilli n sour cream.Must say it was too good the fries were freshly made.I didnt had any expectation for good hot food but it was good food with good quality.

   There are much better night and days in Dunedin than this one! Went in this morning and spent over $30 on fruit, dog food etc and as it was lunchtime I ordered a hotdog. They looked as though they had just been cooked, I noticed the girl serving me digging around under the fresh hot dogs, I didnt say anything as there were people waiting behind me. When I got to the car I pulled out a disgusting overcooked unedible hotdog which looked like it had been in there for days,it went straight into the bin. Not the first time either I got a bacon and egg muffin recently and it had no bacon in it just an overcooked egg! Staff could also do with an attitude adjustment. Mornington night and day have delicious food, great service and its clean.

   This acne ridden black haired girl was unnecessarily rude. She said something offensive but I was too distracted by her disproportionately sized nose. She’s wearing a gold crescent moon earring and had a terrible attitude.

   Handy location but went in today , looked at the food cabinets and drove to the George street night and day instead . At 11am , the salad cabinet was filthy, crumbs and smears and an old butter lid in the bottom . Wouldn’t trust to eat out of that . Dosnt look like it’s ever been wiped out . Pie warmer greasy and definitely not cleaned out or wiped out each day . No pride in appearance of any food cabinet . On public holiday none of these cabinets restocked or looking like you’d want to eat anything out of them . Excuse the pun but George street store verses this store in terms of cleanliness , night and day in difference ,

   I usually love visiting this store as the staff are very friendly and the muffins are delicious. I was super disappointed after my purchase last night however as I found that both the Up & Go and Reese's I purchased were expired, but were being sold full price and weren't in an out of date section. This is gross and unacceptable.
