   Went home to NZ on compassionate flights. Customer Service was absolutely awesome...made our journey home to tangi stress free.. what other airline does this. I am so grateful for allowing us to make our journey home to loved ones so comfortable and at short notice. Service was 150/100 and cabin crew were top notch, polite, courteous and very punctual ...food was delicious and I appetising.

   It has been extended and now it's very spacious and even has a luggage conveyor instead of everyone crowding round trying to spot their belongings amongst the others. It's fresh and attractive. Restaurant is good too, and there's extra seating upstairs. Good job thank you!

   After renovation it’s one of the best AirNZ regional lounges, functional design with plenty of room and seating options and a place to chill before the flight, grab a drink or bite form usual selection of food and snacks. Will be even better if there are some vegan / vegetarian options too. Coffee is average but better than the one you get on the plane. It’s really good to see AirNZ investing in comfort of frequent travellers.
