On the plate at Village Green Cafe, the idea is coffee-and-cabinet and well executed. Meatβfree options are woven into the menu. Value feels fair for the spread. Breakfast plates are tidy and satisfying. Service stays present without fuss.
Have been going to this cafe over last couple of years and generally really good but have ben twice in the last 2 weeks and found areal drop in food quality and service etc Seems like it may of had a change of some sort so at this stage wont returning any time soon
Absolute treasure chest ticking all the boxes. Welcoming venue with a real positive hello followed with a tremendous selection of different treats on offer in the cabinetry and a Devine selection of well appointed treats on the menu. Real tidy and super clean with a delightful mildly coffee aroma. Total customer service approach with a real departure of total satisfaction.. Thank you for the delightful opportunity and experience of all round quality..
If there had been a couple more "usual" items on the menu I would've given this place 5 stars for food (a lot of items had praline and I have a nut allergy). Food was great, coffee was yum and service was absolutely amazing. Just moved to the area from Auckland, and have had a mixed bag when it's come to service, food and coffee but this place really is a gem! Look forward to trying some cabinet food next time, as it looked delicious!
5 βοΈ for everything basically. Good food, good vibes and awesome staffs. The bacon is to die for, honestly thatβs the best bacon I ever had. Itβs a whole different level of crispy. Coffee is great. The only thing I may have not liked are the hashbrowns. It was a little soggy and mushy for my taste, but hey everyone has different preferences of course. In a nutshell, great place to have breakfast, value for money great taste.

Thought I would start the morning off well with an iced coffe... instead after going to village green I have been given this absolute abomination who in their right mind thought this looks drinkable at all. Looks like curdled vomit. Would not recomend to any one.
Nice cafe with outdoor seating. Both the food and the service were excellent. Dog friendly. Good for vegetarians. The half eggs benedict was a perfect size (one egg) and good value.
