   Our booking was for 6:30pm first meal arrived after 7:30 but it took another 15 minutes for the rice to come out therefore the meal was cold before it could be eaten. Our booking was for 7 people and the 7th meal came out just after 8:30pm. We ordered 2 coconut rice and two plain rice we only got one plain delivered between 7 people and l had to ask for the rest to which our 2nd coconut rice never did arrive.    Got a delivery for a nice night in. Was still hot and fresh when it arrived. Got the crispy squid with red curry - absolutely beautiful. Amazing crispy Roti bread with heaps of flavour and the peanut sauce is to die for. Crispy duck itself was nice however the sauce it came with (I presume some sort of oyster sauce) was extremely bitter and salty (maybe too much fish sauce I’m not sure). Used the red curry sauce with my duck so made it a lot nicer. Overall food was fresh and really enjoyed most of it. Great take away menu and will be back again.

   Well... we walked in at 530pm table 16 on the 30/06/23,the young man with the black shirt that served us desided to cough up and spit not once but twice in the sink behind the bar...wasn't pleasant.

   Amazing menu, so many choices and not just your normal Thai choices loads more than the rest. It was a Wed night and the restaurant was more than half full, that's a good sign, and the takeaway side was just as busy. Loved the Wine selection and there food is exceptional. Green chicken curry & Panang chicken. Well done Starlake Thai
