This is parking lot with designated areas for freedom camping. The facilities are super good, clean toilet, cold shower, a sink, dumpstation and a drinking water tap. All you need as a camper. The distance to the beach is 50m and it’s great to relaxe there. After 5pm is might be full as there are only 11 places.
Great place for dog walks on the beach. Plenty of parking. Public toilet available in the freedom camping end of the carpark. Easy, short walk to a beautiful sands beach. Be aware that sea-lions may be about in the season.
My wife our daughter and her family have stayed in a holiday home there for the past two years and plan to do so next year. We love the beach. Lovely sand, great for children and dogs to play. We saw many dogs and horses up and down the beach. There are cliffs at the southern end where houses have a wonderful sea view. As we walked down that way we saw that there were " islands" there. Soft smooth sand and fantastic rocks to explore. The rock formations are splended, well worth the visit. The chilren and pet dog loved climbing over the rocks and cliffs.
This beach has some premium quality seagulls, highly recommended.
It is a good camping spot, has good facilities and close to the beach, what's not to love. It does get really busy with camping
Beautiful place. If you are here only for an afternoon or you have a SC vehicle it is a good spot. It is just few metres from the beach, there are picnic tables to use, serviced toilets, outdoor shower, dump station and running watter as well as a sink for washing up (cold water only though). There are 10 spots for the camping in ur car and they do fill up in quick after 3 pm. Beautiful sunrise. Good for dipping in the sea but beware of currents.
Lovely spot, sandy beach.. sea lions on walkway.. freedom camping, toilets and outdoor shower.
