   On a hot day there will always be a cool breeze. The best spot in Dunedin for a day with the kids, beach 2 minutes away, fields next to it for kicking a ball. Full park options and a cycle/scooter area.

   Good training place when tide is in and also a lot of people walk their dogs there. It is nice and peaceful for a stroll along the beach. At one end of park is a childrens playground and mini golf course in summer. (If its still there). Also a pond for battery controlled kids toy boats. Also there is a train on a small tracks that takes kids for a ride. I cand guarantee these are still there and when they are operating. Things have changed since covid
