Usually bk is fine however this time around, Staff at the counter were rude to my partner and afterwards found a long hair in my burger, all I advise is wear better hairnets thanks and be nice to customers
Went through the drive-thru at Burger King Napier and asked for a receipt. The girl at the window said “ok” but didn’t give me one when I paid. When I asked again, she looked annoyed and actually asked if I really needed the receipt. Yes, I do — and no, I don’t need to give a reason. It’s basic customer service. Pretty unprofessional to make a customer feel like they’re being difficult just for asking for something that should be standard. If this is how they handle receipts, makes you wonder what else they cut corners on.
Had Macdonalds at burger was ok but not the best.
The self service machines are very confusing and my burger ended up just a bun and sauce. But the manager Niran on shift was Quick to fix it for me remade the burger from scratch and then delivered it himself to our table. Great customer service!!!
I went to get large fries, and the size of it is so small. They don't even pack the fries into it. Ive tried their frozen drinks and they are smoother and better then mcdonalds. But the fries were a letdown
Terrible service today,15-20min wait. I doubt they even consider the gas that is wasted going from ordering to paying to pickup window. Not impressed, won't be recommending to anyone else...
The drive through is worse than the restaurant itself, which is saying a lot. The restaurant is about as inviting as a hospital room. The person taking my order sounded like the world lay on her shoulders and from the time it took to take the order and have it passed through the window indicated to me that they were moving at a snails pace to get that order out. The food was meh but better than the service.
Order incorrect twice: requested no ketchup but ketchup was included making for a messy burger which my husband wore. Asked for a Hawaiian chicken burger but charged & received a BK Chicken. Fries were hot though & the staff member apologized about the chicken burger. We didn't inform about the ketchup. Restaurant was clean & there was a nice ambience. Music was playing on tv
Staff are lovely at Napier and work really hard especially the lady on the counter. Big ups to them however "Taste the Hype " King's Chicken Burger was gross. No Taste. Tiny. Not Crunchy at all so so.much for audible crunch. It was swimming in ranch and was a waste of $11.50. Couldn't taste the chicken. Won't be back for seconds. Management confirmed burger bun and chicken were correct. They advised too much sauce ruined the burger. I was offered a replacement or points on my app. Cheers
Newly refurbished and doesn't look as good as before. Placed order and they served up wrong food in parts. They did fix it though without a bother. Restaurant quiet when we went in and not very clean. Tables needed wiping down and food on floor. Luckily there was variety of tables to choose from. Not one of the better burger kings I have been to :-(
