   Absolutely amazing 2 night stay. Loved every minute. We stayed with our two teenage daughters who loved sleeping in the loft. Everything was pristine and clean. Bedding was comfortable and the garden was beautiful. Easy walk downhill into Napier town centre. If we could package up the house and take it with us on holiday, we would! Thank you for your hospitality.

   Absolutely loved staying at Jan's Beautiful Coach house, cottage was warm and cosy, beds were absolutely comfortable, me and mine absolutely love Jan, very nice lady and will definitely be going back to stay.. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Jan, love the married couple who recently stayed there.

   This has to be the BEST accommodation I have stayed in, very cute and perfect for my stay in Napier while having dental treatments. At the end of every day it was so cosy and like coming home.    WOW!!! Jan is a gracious, warm and welcoming host. We simply adored her beautifully appointed restored coachhouse. My daughter really loved the loft bedroom.A very special pleasure was Jan's wonderful garden. Generous breakfast provisions and all round relaxed comfort added to a delightful stay. I can't wait to return with my wife!
