   I want to say a huge thank you and shout out to Aisha and Sahra they were amazing yesterday. Everything about getting my daughter’s ears pierced was explained carefully and with a lot of detail. They were very gentle with my daughter and very professional. Another customer said a not very nice comment while passing by to me that made me upset. They were very professional, supportive and kind about it. I wish them all the best. Best customer service you can get.

   I went and got my ears pierced on the 3/9 and the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and helpful. It wasn’t my first piercing with lovisa but the lady on the day was the best I’ve had! I’ve completely forgotten her name but I remember she had brown hair in a ponytail and was working in the afternoon. She was so kind and answered all of my questions about placement with patience and was lovely to talk to and so kind and careful. She lined up and pierced my ears perfectly and did an amazing job! I hope you let her know how amazing she is!

   Dont be in a hurry to get served here ....the girl at the counter will be talking on the phone and show no intrest in your needs ....You will have to ask if you can get some assistance , as her phone conversation is more important than serving you ......shocking attitude towards customers , 29th April morning shift responsibility needs addressed by management
