After ordering Ayala Bar earrings on line, I received prompt communication and confirmation of my order and shipment details. The earrings arrived the next business day. On opening the parcel there was a beautiful tin box and inside a pouch were my earrings with a hand written note from Kathleen. The presentation added to my wonderful experience is shopping online with OOMA. I love Ayala Bar jewelley. This was my first purchase from OOMA - I came across them on google. I ordered a scarf on Monday morning and it was with me by Tuesday morning (from Napier to Christchurch)! Quick dispatch, great communication with tracking info and the little package included a handwritten card with good wishes and some lollies as well. Such a lovely service! Behind the bright pink door, OOMA is full of gorgeous things. Their Loves Pure Light scarves are the most beautiful huge wraps, perfect for travelling. And their range of glass nail files irresistible! The perfect present. You will never use an ordinary file again. Well worth a visit to Napier! But don't fret, they have an amazing website and really helpful with out-of-town shopping needs.
OOO My!!! I love OOMA. I discovered your shop when I was in Dunedin(??? - oops - Napier!) in December and bought some gorgeous resin pieces. (Correction : my dog bought them for me for Christmas! She has great taste.) Since coming back home to Australia I've shopped on line - and WOW, how good is the service. The 'vibe' in the store is that the stock has all been carefully selected, curated if you like, with style, substance and sustainability in mind. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ooma and Kathleen! Don’t let the BRIGHT pink sign fool you into thinking it’s a candy store, children’s clothing or sex toy shop. (sorry Kathleen, but from a distance I never imagined it would hold such STUNNING DESIGNER JEWELLERY, which you proudly explained you source from all around the world). There are soooo many pieces of gorgeous designer made rings, bracelets, necklaces - and just many more unique pieces of jewellery, which will make you stay longer than you expected. What I loved about Kathleen was her customer service. She really knows her jewellery! I tried on earrings and she didn’t gush or tell me how great they looked. Finally, I asked for her opinion, which she shared- and it was spot on. If any ‘unique designer jeweller’ deserves success- Ooma is it! Thanks for your hospitality- this is truly a destination store- Jewllery aficionados, this is HB’s BEST KEPT SECRET!❤️❤️❤️
