Dress came quickly and service was good with how to return etc. Unfortunately the dress had tiny skinny straps that looked like they had broken off in the past, strap fell off during try on and wasn't able to wear. No response from customer service.

The dress arrived 3 days late. I ordered it for Friday, it arrived Monday. No refunds... Had to return it the day I received it. What a joke. They use NZ Post overnight delivery which is very unreliable and seldom overnight. Check terms and conditions so you don't pay for a dress you don't get in time.

Customer service is shocking, they do not reply and clearly aren't interested in renting out if you ask any questions!
