   We engaged with Industry-One back in March 2024 with the aim of acquiring a commercial asset for our clients. Our brief was to understand the micro market of the location we were looking in, studying comparable evidence, reviewing asset options, conducting viewings, and securing the desired asset. This all had to be executed within a 4-week period, from remote access analysis in the U.K. to personally flying out to New Zealand to review the various prospects. Our initial contact was with Roy Senior, who provided invaluable insights into market trends and optimal buying strategies aligned with our business model. We must congratulate Roy for his patience and persistence. His detailed market knowledge and commitment to our search process, despite the uncertainty of our visit from London, made him a reliable contact for our future project. After receiving the green light from our client, we flew out and met up with Industry-One. We were subsequently introduced to another team member, Daniel Senior. Daniel’s drive, energy, and focused approach provided us with some unique opportunities. We were able to review commercial investments both on and off-market, and his in-depth knowledge of the area, vendors, and properties gave us the data and confidence we needed to target and secure our preferred choice, through Industry-One. There is no doubt that without Industry-One’s expertise, guidance, and assistance we would not have been able to acquire our investment within the very tight deadline. We have been operating in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and luxury asset investments for over 30 years. It can be a challenge to find and collaborate with professionals who fit within your brief, even more so with the significant time zone differences we encountered. However, our channels of communication with Roy and Daniel remained open throughout.    Dan Senior was great to work with. Dan was quick to respond to queries and he was proactive with solutions to help navigate the leasing process. I really appreciated his practical down to earth approach. There was no pressure or unwanted sales pitches, just good knowledge sharing of the market climate and what was locally available for our requirements.
